Since using yoga as a way of dealing with a challenging juncture of her life in her mid twenties, Laura has believed and embraced the power of human movement and the strength it gives to not just ones body but the confidence and motivation it has on the mind.

Laura completed her education in personal training in 2009 and went on to complete a Certification of Yoga and found her passion for Pilates in 2010. In 2014 Laura completed her certificates in Pilates Mat, Reformer and pre and Post-natal Pilates.

Laura has since completed courses on Athletic reformer, Barre, Flexion and Functional movement screening and more.

Pilates enables us to get a complex and challenging workout anywhere. Whether in the office place, the home or any outdoor area.
